Morten is passionate about helping companies reach their growth ambitions, and about building high performance teams. To him, the acceleration of strong companies is all about making the right human capital decisions – decisions that can elevate and expand the capabilities of the team.

Morten is a strong believer in the change and opportunity that has come from software becoming an enabler across all industries, as apposed to being an industry in itself. This change has lead to vast opportunities, and an increase in potential investments across Northern Europe, which GRO is well placed to address. In GRO, Morten dedicates his time to sourcing and developing existing portfolio companies in Denmark and DACH.

Prior to GRO, Morten worked at Goldman Sachs in London and at Ørsted in Copenhagen, where he headed up Group M&A and Financial Planning & Analysis in a period of significant restructuring and divestments.

Morten holds an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen, and an Executive Leadership Education from Wharton.
