Boyum IT Solutions is the global leader in manufacturing, logistics and usability software solutions for the SAP Business One ecosystem

GRO invested in Boyum in September 2016, at the same time acquiring the Swiss manufacturing software provider Beas. In 2018, the group strengthened the product offering with the Belgian logistics software company Produmex, to create the dominant software solutions provider in the SAP Business One ecosystem.

In November 2020, GRO divested Boyum to Volpi Capital, having more than doubled revenue during the ownership period.
