At GRO, Frederik explores exciting new investment opportunities across Northern Europe while providing support to the current portfolio companies.

Prior to joining GRO, Frederik worked at Morgan Stanley in London where he gained experience with M&A, IPOs and capital raises. Frederik holds a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
