Jens is passionate about unlocking growth and delivering results. He believes great teamwork, a data-driven approach, and openness to innovative ideas are key ingredients to make operational change for the better.

Prior to joining GRO, Jens was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he led corporate strategy and transformation projects with large multinational corporations. He brings experience from a wide range of industries and geographies including the Nordics, UK, and US that can be used in our portfolio companies. Jens further has 2 years of experience from Investment Banking at Carnegie Investment Bank and holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
