Prior to GRO Capital, Maxwell spent 10+ years in London focusing on majority and minority technology investments at Vitruvian Partners, Global Founders Capital and Veronis Suhler Stevenson. Maxwell started his career in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank.

Maxwell holds a MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
