Niclas has 20 years of management consulting from QVARTZ and Bain & Co in Copenhagen and New York. He brings experience from in Bain’s Global PE technology practice, where he worked on transaction support as well as on supporting growth acceleration of portfolio companies. During the years, Niclas has held various office leadership positions as well as the Nordic responsibility for advancing the DEI agenda.
