GRO Capital announced its exit of Trifork Holding AG (“Trifork”) through a successful initial public offering of shares on NASDAQ Copenhagen.
The offering was substantially over-subscribed, attracting very strong interest from large Danish and international institutional investors as well as the general public in Denmark. More than 9,000 new investors have been allocated shares in Trifork with approximately 10% of the offer shares allocated to retail investors in Denmark and approximately 90% to Danish and international institutional investors. The market capitalization of Trifork, based on the IPO price of DKK 150 per share, was approximately DKK 3.0 billion. The Trifork share closed c. 16% up following the first day of trading.
