We invest in B2B software companies with scalable business models. We focus on business-critical software that makes a real difference for the end-user, carrying a solid value proposition in the form of a high ROI.

From our offices in Copenhagen and London, we look for companies with headquarters in the Nordics, DACH and Benelux with solid growth momentum and typically deploy between EUR 15m and EUR 90m equity per investment, acquiring both majority and minority ownership stakes.
