Copenhagen, Denmark – Secomea A/S (“Secomea” or the “Company”), a global provider of industrial secure remote access IoT solutions, today announced that GRO Capital A/S (“GRO”) has agreed to become new shareholders and provide further capital into the Company to accelerate growth.
GRO will support Secomea and its management team to accelerate overall growth and strengthen the SaaS offering towards manufacturers and machine builders.
Since the foundation in 2008, Secomea has built a strong product portfolio and has acquired more than 8,000 customers globally through direct sales and distributors via offices in Europe, the US and Asia. CEO, Michael Ferdinandsen: “Our purpose is to unite machine builders and manufacturers to enable more effective support, enhanced service and increased uptime in a world with increasing machine complexity, combined with physical access constraints and elevated compliance demand. With the partnership with GRO, we will accelerate our journey in doing just that”.
Partner in GRO, Morten Weicher: “Enterprise OT infrastructures are becoming increasingly complex, and cybersecurity is now equally as important as safety and productivity. The market demand is accelerating and Secomea has the products to meet this demand. At the same time, we find our experiences within both IoT and cybersecurity software to be very applicable to support Secomea”.
