Ben is driven by partnering with technology companies at critical stages of their growth journey, particularly as they expand internationally. He has spent more than a decade working with management teams across Europe to build high-performing organisations, strengthen talent, and create the foundations for scalable and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining GRO, Ben spent 10 years at Stirling Square Capital Partners, where he was Managing Director and Head of Technology Investing. He started his career at PwC, where he worked in Corporate Finance for seven years in London and Johannesburg.

Ben holds an MBA from London Business School, a BA in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
