Martin Howitz joined GRO’s operating team as a Junior Analyst in October 2025.

Martin supports the operating team in driving value creation and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with senior management across the portfolio. Before joining GRO, he worked as a Teaching Assistant in macroeconomics at the University of Copenhagen and completed an internship at Boston Consulting Group.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Copenhagen. Outside of work, Martin has been a dedicated tennis player throughout his life.
