Oda is passionate about the intersection of technology and sustainability and how software solutions can be leveraged to unlock new levels of efficiency with high ROI for enterprises while at the same time enabling a better, more sustainable future for all.

Before joining GRO, Oda worked as an investment professional at Polaris Private Equity, and she brings solid experience in private and public equities. Before moving to Denmark, Oda started her career building up an Oslo-based startup, sparking a true passion for entrepreneurship. Ever since joining the finance industry, Oda has been a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion and is actively engaged in initiatives to increase the representation of women in the industry. Oda holds a background from Finance & Accounting at Copenhagen Business School, with a focus on Data Science.
